This guide covers all 82 Achievements and 83 Trophies, offering strategies for both easily attainable and challenging unlocks. Note that some Achievements are mutually exclusive, requiring multiple playthroughs, and some are DLC-specific.
I. Base Game Achievements & Trophies

| Buddy | Save Lord Capon from the Cumans. | Complete The Prey mission. |
| Fatso | Maintain over 100 Nourishment for two days. | Continuously eat and drink. |
| Scrooge | Accumulate 5,000 Groschen. | Sell loot and complete quests. |
| Sinner | Get drunk with Father Godwin. | During Mysterious Ways, refuse to convince the priest; later, drink with him at the tavern. |
| Ranger | Walk over 50 km. | Achieved naturally through gameplay. |
| Runt | Kill Runt. | Unmissable during Baptism of Fire; doesn't prevent Merciful Achievement. |
| Casanova | Court Lady Stephanie. | Complete quests for Lady Stephanie in Talmberg, accept her advances, and wear the offered shirt. |
| Anorectic | Starve for three days. | Keep Nourishment below 50 for three days. |
| McLovin | Court Theresa. | Choose kind dialogue options during interactions with Theresa at her uncle's mill. |
| Bookworm | Read 20 books. | Learn to read from the Uzhitz scribe; purchase, loot, or find books. |
| Convict | Spend three days in prison. | Commit crimes and get caught (days don't need to be consecutive). |
| Insomniac | Stay awake for two days and nights. | Simply avoid sleeping. |
| Thief | Steal 30,000 Groschen worth of items. | Improve lockpicking; loot valuable items from houses and garrisons. |
| Monk | Become a monk. | Complete If You Can't Beat 'em quest. |
| Traveler | Discover all map locations. | Discover all settlements. |
| Bad Trip | Dance with the Devil. | Complete Playing with the Devil side quest in Uzhitz and choose to engage with the women in the woods. |
| Firestarter | Get jailed in Skalitz. | Commit a crime in Skalitz before progressing with quests. |
| Haggler | Save 2,000 Groschen by haggling. | Haggle with merchants during purchases. |
| Conqueror | Conquer the Vranik enemy camp. | Complete the Payback main quest. |
| Bastard | Discover your real father's identity. | Part of the main quest The Die is Cast. |
| Plague Doctor | Heal all sick in Merhojed. | Complete the Pestilence side quest. |
| Ginger | Save Ginger from bandits. | Kill the bandits during Ginger in a Pickle quest. |
| Serial Killer | Kill 200 people. | Kill 200 NPCs (all count). |
| Bard | Maximize Speech skill. | Reach level 20 Speech by talking to NPCs and passing speech checks. |
| Robber Baron | Complete Robber Baron quest. | Unlocked after completing Next to Godliness. |
| The End | Complete the main storyline. | Complete the main story. |
| Knightrider | Win the Talmberg horse race. | Win the horse race during Sport of Kings (knowing the route helps). |
| Arena Master | Obtain a complete armor set from the Rattay tournament. | Win the tournament five times. |
| Hunter | Hunt 50 game animals. | Hunt deer and boars; use a good bow and plenty of arrows. |
| Talmberger | Complete all optional objectives in the Siege quest. | Complete extra tasks given by Sir Robard, Sir Bernard, Master Feyfar, Sir Divish, and the Quartermaster during the Siege quest. |
| Level Cap | Reach maximum level. | Achieved through gameplay over time. |
| Spoilsport | Sabotage all three executions. | Sabotage the executions during Money for Old Rope quest in Rattay. |
| Freud | Learn about Erik's past. | Pass difficult checks during Family Value quest (clean clothes and good smell help). |
| Kingdom Did Not Come | Die in Hardcore Mode. | Die once in Hardcore Mode. |
| Master Huntsman | Ensure Hanekin Hare survives after Sheep in Wolf's Clothing; complete Cherchez la Femme. | Follow the specified steps. |

| King Charming | Achieve high reputation in every town and village. | Reach at least 81 reputation in all main towns. |
| Gambler | Win 1,000 Groschen in dice minigame. | Use weighted dice to improve your chances. |
| Stealth Killer | Stealth kill 20 enemies. | Use a dagger; guards and innocent NPCs don't count. |
| Edward Kelly | Brew 15 potions. | Acquire unique recipes. |
| David Horak | Collect 10,000 herbs. | Collect herbs (certain meadows have higher concentrations). |
| Fighter | Perform 100 combat combos. | Practice combos against Captain Bernard during training. |
| Alcoholic | Become addicted to alcohol. | Get drunk repeatedly without eating. |
| Sniper | Kill 50 enemies with headshots. | Kill 50 enemies with headshots (guards and innocent NPCs don't count). |
| Judas | Betray your friends in Gallows Brothers quest. | During Matthias and Fritz' questline, choose to betray them. |
