Pokémon TCG Pocket releases the Triumphant Light expansion as it crosses a whopping 100 million downloads

The Pokémon TCG Pocket app celebrated Pokémon Day with a bang, announcing major updates and a new expansion! Boasting over 100 million downloads worldwide, the popular card battler launched its highly anticipated Triumphant Light expansion.

Following the Space-Time Smackdown expansion, Triumphant Light features Arceus ex and introduces Link Abilities for the first time. These abilities allow specific Pokémon to synergize, enhancing each other’s power when played together. These cards will feature a special pattern reminiscent of physical TCG cards, similar to the Platinum – Arceus expansion.

To commemorate Pokémon Day, a generous giveaway is running until April 30th. Players can claim free booster packs guaranteed to contain at least one 4-star rarity card or higher. This is a fantastic opportunity for both veterans and newcomers to strengthen their decks. Special missions offering additional rewards are also available until March 27th.
