Obstacles:

• Party Hats/Cupcakes: Immovable unless an adjacent balloon is cleared, a checkered balloon is used, or a double balloon power-up is triggered. Clearing a party hat leaves a level 3 dark pulp.
• Netted Balloons: These balloons require matching three of the same type to free them, or triggering a power-up chain that passes through them.
