In this oppressive totalitarian State, every aspect of private and public life is under strict control. The laws are draconian, surveillance is omnipresent, and privacy is a relic of the past. As the State-appointed manager of an apartment building, your primary role is to ensure it's a comfortable haven for your tenants. But beneath this facade lies your true purpose.

Your mission from the State is to SPY ON YOUR TENANTS! You must covertly observe their every move and eavesdrop on their private conversations. When they're away, you'll need to BUG their apartments, SEARCH their possessions for anything that could threaten the State's authority, and PROFILE them for your superiors. It's your duty to REPORT any tenant who might be breaking the law or plotting against the regime.

Beholder is a game where every choice you make has significant consequences!
