Happn: Meet interesting people nearby

Happn is a unique social app that lets you know when you are about to pass someone (on the street, in a restaurant, on the bus, wherever).

Using Happn is as easy as signing up for the service through Facebook and running the app in the background on your phone. From then on, you'll receive notifications whenever someone nearby also has the app installed.

In Happn’s settings, you can specify the types of people you want to meet. This way, you can set it up so that you only receive notifications from men or women, or people of a certain age group (e.g., 18-28).

Once you receive the notification, you can start chatting with that person and decide within seconds whether you want to continue the conversation face to face.

Happn is a different kind of social app that only works if you have enough users in your area. However, you might find it useful if you want to date someone nearby.
