The Iași Bilet app simplifies your Iași public transport experience. This travel portal, offered by the Iași Public Transport Company, provides a comprehensive suite of tools for easy and efficient travel.

Purchase tickets using your bank card, plan optimal routes, and track buses, trams, and trolleybuses in real time on an interactive map. After creating an account and linking a transport card, you can conveniently top up your card balance directly within the app using online banking. View your card status and active tickets anytime.

Manage multiple transport cards from a single account, topping up e-wallets, buying new subscriptions, or extending existing ones. Access a detailed transaction history for all purchases, validations, and inquiries.

Eligible users can apply for subsidized profiles directly through the app, submitting required documents for approval. Once approved (either in-app or in person), access discounted or free fares becomes available. Businesses collaborating with the transport directorate can manage their card portfolios via the web portal or mobile app.

Receive customizable notifications on your device or via email for upcoming fare title expirations, purchases, and other relevant card actions. Plan your journey effortlessly by finding the optimal route between any two points, utilizing real-time vehicle locations.

Start your journey from your current location or a custom location, selecting your destination via address search, point of interest, station selection, or by placing a pin on the map. Save frequently used locations for quicker future access. The app provides estimated arrival times at nearby stations and total travel time.

Real-time tracking shows your necessary routes and alerts you to line changes. View complete or partial line routes on the map and save favorite lines, receiving alerts about potential disruptions that might impact your journey. Search for specific lines and view their real-time vehicle locations.

Select a station to see all lines serving it, along with their next three scheduled arrival times. Locate directorate points of sale on the map, including their operating hours. The app is available in Romanian and English.
