The My VIDA app is an integral part of this ecosystem, guiding you through every step of vehicle ownership and beyond. Seamlessly connecting to your vehicle via WiFi, BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy), and cloud connectivity, the app allows for remote control of various vehicle functions.

Key features accessible via WiFi include turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free call answering and rejecting, missed call and SMS alerts, and phone status (network, battery, and app connection). Cloud connectivity unlocks features such as remote immobilization, live tracking, scooter location sharing, trip analysis, emergency alerts (panic, theft, battery removal, fall, accident), geofencing, incognito mode, customizable driving modes, and over-the-air (OTA) updates. Finally, BLE connectivity enables lock/unlock, ignition on/off, boot opening, and a "ping my scooter" function.
