How to Complete The Lost Shipment in Brighter Shores

In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family needs your help recovering a lost shipment of weapons. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.

Starting the Quest:

Find Brannof Hall's dining room (off Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons and provide two leads. Crucially, speak to him a second time to receive both clues.

Completing the Quest:

To avoid suspicion, remove any Town Guard gear before investigating. The quest involves two separate investigations:

1. Captain Shirker's Lead:

Find Captain Shirker on his ship, The Vincible (southeast of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.

Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat in the Town Square. He'll point you towards "The Illusion," a weapons dealer, and suggest impersonating someone named Sam (who has a monobrow).

Visit the hairdresser on Old Street West (8 Silver and 280 Copper for the monobrow).

2. The Hooked Hand Lead:

Investigate The Hooked Hand restaurant (near Eel Street). Speak to patrons until you learn about The Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.

Find the stall past the Eel Street Bridge. The Fishmonger needs a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing) with a hidden note (use Quill, Ink, and Paper from Lord Brannof's desk).

Place the note in the flounder, give it to the Fishmonger, and hide to observe the buyer.

Follow the Furtive Stranger:

Follow the buyer, remove your Guard gear to reveal your monobrow, and identify yourself as "Sam." Defeat the thief in combat (Level 30), retrieve the plumbatae, and return them to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
