Kabam is set to elevate the experience of *Marvel Contest of Champions* with exciting updates that include the launch of the Dark Phoenix Saga, the introduction of new Champions, and the debut of a novel character type called Eidols. This month, we're also spotlighting the powerful women of The Contest, giving players a unique chance to influence which Champion will be reworked in 2025.

The latest additions to The Contest, Jean Grey and Bastion, bring their impressive powers and a compelling new narrative. You can recruit Jean Grey to your team starting March 13th, followed by Bastion on March 27th. Before their arrival, dive into the Dark Phoenix Saga, which begins on March 3rd, where Jean Grey and the X-Men will face off against dangerous variants in an exhilarating new quest.

The lore of *Marvel Contest of Champions* will further expand with the introduction of more Eidols, continuing the storyline of The Founders. Following the debut of Isophyne in December 2024, three more Eidols will be introduced throughout 2025, each featuring a unique sourcing system. The next Eidol, Lumatrix, will be available from March 5th until June 4th.

Lumatrix, crafted by The Founders, is designed as a master infiltrator with exceptional skills in spying, sabotaging, and assassinating threats with unmatched precision. Made from ISO-8 crystals, Lumatrix possesses remarkable light manipulation abilities. While it dazzles with its performance, it hides a lethal weapon beneath its surface, designed to eliminate enemies while remaining undetected.
