Pokémon Go's year-end event, Charged Embers Hatch Day, is set to ignite on December 29th! This special event focuses on Elekid and Magby, offering increased chances to hatch these Electric-type Pokémon and their Shiny variants.
The event runs from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, a three-hour window of opportunity. During this time, Elekid and Magby will appear more frequently in 2 km Eggs, with boosted Shiny rates. You'll also receive double Candy for every Egg hatched.
To maximize your hatching potential, an extended bonus begins on December 27th at 10:00 am, lasting until the end of Hatch Day. Eggs will hatch at half the usual distance! Don't forget to redeem those Pokémon Go codes for extra goodies.
Free Timed Research will be available, rewarding you with a Super Incubator and XP upon completion. For even more rewards, a paid Timed Research option is also available for $1, offering a Super Incubator, a Star Piece, and 2,500 XP. Additionally, you'll earn double Hatch Stardust throughout the event.
Looking to stock up on Incubators? The Pokémon Go Web Store offers an Ultra Hatch Box ($19.99) with 15 Super Incubators, 10 regular Incubators, and five Poffins. A Hatch Box bundle (925 PokéCoins) includes five Super Incubators, five regular Incubators, and two Lucky Eggs.
