Fantasy RPG Dark & Darker Launches Softly in Canada

Dark and Darker Mobile is poised for a Canadian soft launch on February 5th, with a global release anticipated in the first half of 2024. Pre-registration remains open. Expect enhanced features and gameplay refinements before the worldwide launch.

Krafton's mobile adaptation of Ironmace's popular dungeon crawler is bringing its blend of extraction shooter and dungeon-crawling action to mobile devices. Players, solo or in parties, will explore a vast dungeon, battling monsters and rival players to secure valuable loot. The game features a diverse roster of character classes, reminiscent of Dungeons & Dragons, including fighters, rogues, barbarians, wizards, and bards.

The original PC version of Dark and Darker was a significant success, prompting Krafton to secure the mobile adaptation rights. With the global launch imminent, several improvements are underway.

Enhanced Gameplay: Significant updates are planned, including revisions to the Darkswarm system and escape mechanics. Dungeon structures will be overhauled to improve party coordination. Class distinctions will be sharpened with refined basic attacks and combat mechanics. A broader selection of weapons and skills is also in the works.
