Genshin Impact: Guide to Shuyu's Beetle Battle

Dive into Genshin Impact's Shuyu's Baffling Beetle Battle Bowl! This limited-time event in Version 5.3 challenges you to beetle battles. This guide will help you conquer all five battles with ease.

Entry Requirements:

To participate, you'll need:

• Adventure Rank 20 or higher.
• Completion of the Mondstadt Archon Quest Prologue. Completing Xianyun's Story Quest, "Grus Serena Chapter," adds context but isn't mandatory.

Gameplay:

The event's premise is simple: pilot an Onikabuto beetle in simulated battles within your Serenitea Pot at Mt. Aocang against various enemies. Movement is controlled with Forward, Back, and Jump commands. Mastering timing and stamina management is key, as movement consumes stamina, especially powerful attacks like Piercing Strikes.

Here's a breakdown of each battle's opponent and strategy:

1. Staff Master (Basic Sweeps): A straightforward Hilichurl. Focus attacks on its head, dodging its ground-marked attacks.
2. Staff Master (Torch Wielder): A Hilichurl Berserker with a Pyro Slime. Target its head and the Pyro Slime, especially when it's preparing to throw it.
3. Red-Hot Mage: A Pyro Abyss Mage. Interrupt its fire spellcasting, then attack. Watch out for its fireballs and flame pillars.
4. Freezing Cold Mage: A Cryo Abyss Mage. Use the same strategy as the Pyro Abyss Mage.
5. Mini Mountain: A Stonehide Lawachurl. Attack quickly, dodging its attacks. A Geo Slime will appear; use a Piercing Strike on the Slime for significant damage.

Difficulty and Rewards:

Choose "Focused Fight" (two stars) for optimal Primogem rewards (30-20 per stage). "Utmost Might" (three stars), unlocked after completing Focused Fight, offers Mora and Enhancement Ores but no Primogems. Consult the "Dossier on Opponent" for enemy attack patterns. A co-op mode allows teaming up with other players.

Complete the event for a total of 420 Primogems (Utmost Might difficulty) plus Hero's Wit, Sanctifying Unction, Mora, and Mystic Enhancement Ore.
