1. Greek Beginnings:

Create a new life, selecting Greece as your birthplace. The remaining character details are your choice, but the Crime Special Talent (from Job Packs) significantly simplifies the murder aspect.

2. Peak Physical Condition:

Maintaining 100% health requires mindful choices. Avoid risky behaviors like substance abuse and unprotected sex. Instead, prioritize health-boosting activities: regular gym visits, walks, seeking medical attention when needed, healthy diets, meditation, and alternative treatments. Prayer can provide a temporary health boost if necessary.

3. Gym Rat:

This is straightforward. After turning 18, repeatedly select "Activities > Mind and Body > Gym." Remember, this requires funds, so secure a job concurrently. The 10+ visits don't need to occur within a single year. Accept any date offers from the gym; this aids in the marriage task.

4. Eliminating Enemies:

You'll need enemies. You might acquire them naturally, but actively create them by navigating to your relationship tab, selecting a friend, and choosing the "Become Enemies" option.

Once you have enemies, go to "Activities > Crime > Murder." Select an enemy and choose "Strangle Them." If this option doesn't appear, refresh the menu by closing and reopening it.
