Heartfelt Thoughts are exclusively obtained from the Phantom Trial: Wish Master Chigda, accessed via a Warp Spire within the Realm of Breakthrough. Completing this trial yields one Heartfelt Thought, requiring 60 Vital Energy.

The Realm of Breakthrough and the Wish Master Chigda trial unlock after completing Chapter 7. While not needed before this point, this information is included for comprehensive understanding.
