Marvel Snap starts a new reign of terror with the Dark Avengers season

Marvel Snap’s new season embraces the dark side with a Dark Avengers theme! Norman Osborn's villainous team, posing as familiar heroes, takes center stage.

This season introduces a roster of new cards inspired by Marvel's Dark Reign storyline, following the Civil War arc. Norman Osborn, having seized control of S.H.I.E.L.D. (renamed H.A.M.M.E.R.), assembled his own Avengers, featuring villains disguised as iconic heroes.

New cards include Norman Osborn as Iron Patriot, Victoria Hand (January 7th), Bullseye (January 21st), Moonstone (January 14th), and Ares (January 28th). A new location, Asgard Besieged, depicting Thor's realm under attack, adds to the strategic depth.

Expanding the Roster

Fans will enjoy the return of familiar and lesser-known characters. Victoria Hand, for instance, boosts the power of cards in your hand by 2, while Norman Osborn summons a random 4, 5, or 6-cost card upon being played. If you're winning his location by the next turn, that card's cost is reduced by 4.

Other additions include a new Daken card portraying him as Wolverine, along with various cosmetic items. The season also marks the arrival of Galacta, a popular character from Marvel Rivals. Prepare for a thrilling season of villainous strategies and exciting new additions to your Marvel Snap deck!
