Check Sulley's location on your map, interact with him, select "I Have Something to Give You," and present him with his preferred gift. These can range from crafting materials (clay, sand) to cooked dishes (Greek Potatoes).
Unlocking Sulley: Before you can gift Sulley, you need to unlock him. This requires completing the "Eye on the Prize" quest in the Monsters, Inc. realm within Dream Castle (requires 15,000 Dreamlight). Note that both Sulley and Mike Wazowski are available in the base game; no expansions are needed.
