Capcom Unveils Monster Hunter Wilds' First Major Patch Details
Capcom has announced the first major patch for Monster Hunter Wilds, slated for early April. This Title Update 1 (TU1), arriving a month after the game's launch, will introduce significant new content and challenges for players.
The update's centerpiece is a formidable new monster, exceeding even the difficulty of Tempered monsters. Capcom urges players to prepare their gear and skills.
TU1 also addresses a notable absence from the base game: a dedicated endgame gathering hub. This new social space will allow hunters who have completed the main story to meet, communicate, share meals, and more. This feature has generated mixed reactions, with some welcoming the addition while others question its omission from the initial release. While the official name isn't revealed, it strongly resembles the Gathering Hubs from previous Monster Hunter titles.

In other news, Capcom released a troubleshooting guide to address player concerns following mixed Steam reviews. For those starting their Monster Hunter Wilds journey, various guides are available, covering hidden game mechanics, weapon types, a walkthrough, multiplayer tips, and beta character transfer.
IGN's review of Monster Hunter Wilds awarded it an 8/10, praising its improved accessibility while noting a lack of significant challenge.
