How to Unlock the Trial of the Sekhemas in Path of Exile 2

Unlocking requires defeating Balbala the Traitor, located in Act 2's Traitor's Passage. Her swift and powerful attacks make her a formidable opponent. Upon defeating her, she drops Balbala's Barya, essential for initiating the Trial.
