Rollic's Power Slap mobile game is now available on iOS and Android! This adaptation of the controversial slapping "sport" features some surprising celebrity participants.
WWE superstars like Rey Mysterio, Braun Strowman, and others join the lineup, adding a familiar element to the unconventional gameplay. Power Slap, as the name suggests, involves competitors facing off and delivering powerful slaps until their opponent is incapacitated. While the real-life version is certainly...questionable, the mobile game offers a less physically demanding (and safer) way to enjoy the spectacle.
The game's release is even more interesting considering UFC president Dana White's ownership of Power Slap, and the recent merger of WWE and UFC into TKO Holdings. This collaboration explains the inclusion of prominent WWE wrestlers.
Superstars Take Center Stage
Players can choose from a roster of WWE favorites, including Rey Mysterio, Omos, Braun Strowman, and Seth "Freaking" Rollins, to engage in virtual slapping matches. The full game release promises additional content, such as PlinK.O, Slap’n Roll, and Daily Tournaments.
Rollic aims to make this unique mobile game a success, though the long-term appeal remains to be seen.
