PSN Network Outage Confirmed

This is a helpful public service announcement: PlayStation Network (PSN) is currently experiencing an outage.

Downdetector reports that PSN service disruptions began around 3 PM PST/6 PM EST. The official PlayStation Network Service Status page confirms that all services are currently unavailable, including sign-in, online gaming, and the PlayStation Store.

The estimated time of PSN service restoration is currently unknown. This outage means many players are unable to access popular games such as Marvel Rivals, Call of Duty, and Fortnite this weekend.

We will provide an update as soon as service is restored. Currently, no other major gaming platforms are reporting widespread outages, suggesting the issue is specific to PSN.
