Patch 11.1 for World of Warcraft promises to improve raids by making them more enjoyable and giving. The Gallagio Loyalty progression system, a new raid called The Liberation of Lorenhall, and a revamped rewards system are some of the major innovations.
The new Gallagio Loyalty system will offer unique bonuses for participants of The Liberation of Lorenhall raid. Instead of standard rewards, players will be able to receive powerful damage and healing buffs, access to amenities like auctions and crafting tables, and accelerated food consumption. Special rewards include free Augment Runes and abilities like skipping parts of a raid or creating portals.
A similar system existed previously in dungeons like Molten Core and Ahn'Qiraj, but the new approach promises to be much deeper. According to the data miners, players will also be able to use a new currency, similar to dinars from the Shadowlands add-on, to buy raid items in the event of a drop failure.
In addition to the changes to raids, players will be able to enjoy a new Undermine location with unique challenges and a vehicle for traveling. The game will also feature interesting quests and expansions for goblin cartels.
Testing of the update will begin early in the new year. Blizzard promises that the patch will fix the problems that have plagued WoW fans for the past 20 years.
