While the main story quest for Rinascita in Wuthering Waves takes place across the majority of the region, some of the more interesting places are reserved for exploration quests. One such quest is Where Wind Returns to Celestial Realms, and it'll have players dispelling an immense storm in Rinascita's northeastern reaches.
This may be an entirely optional quest, but considering how one of the Nightmare Echoes in WuWa is locked inside Fagaceae Peninsula's tempest-ridden ruins, players will want to get this quest done regardless. It's a fairly lengthy adventure, though, so grab your best Resonators and strap in for a long ride.
This exploration quest involves a ton of fighting. To start, head to the foot of the ruins south of Shores of Last Breath, and interact with the broken Lumiscale Construct on the floor. All objectives for this quest are
The Discipline Steles on the altars marked by the quest will slowly charge up as long as you're standing on the glowing circle in the middle. If an enemy enters the glowing circle, progress will get disrupted, so try to get rid of them as quickly as possible to maximize efficiency. If you step away from the altar's range for too long, its energy will start to drain.
The 2.0 update made improvements to elemental damage and their respective status effects. Use these to your advantage in combat.
As for the third set of steles, you first need to pull them into place before the enemies can start spawning. If you're having trouble grabbing the broken steles, adjust your character and camera position until a button prompt appears on the steles themselves.
Nothing special here. Take the Wingray back to the starting area, then blast the Lumiscale Construct with the strongest Resonators in your team. A cutscene will trigger after its health gets low enough, and you'll be prompted to follow it deeper into the ruins.
As you chase the construct, the surrounding environment will become more hostile. Watch out for falling debris and lightning, and take out all enemies in your way. You'll eventually face off with the Lumiscale Construct again, and you can beat it once and for all there.
This enemy is extremely lethal, and if you're not careful, it can stunlock or even one-shot your characters. Look out for its breath and falling star attacks, and try to stagger it as soon as you can. The best way to fight this enemy is to wait for its big attacks to pass and try to stun it as quickly as possible.
Once the dragon is defeated, the quest will be completed. You'll then gain access to the rest of Shores of Last Breath, including all the Dream Patrols in the area as well as Nightmare Tempest Mephis in the big arena at the peninsula's northern tip.
