• Participant: Any individual (14 years or older, with the legal right to conduct small household transactions in Kazakhstan, and possessing a Kazakhstani individual identification number) registered in the program.
• Participant Questionnaire: Information provided during registration, granting Royal Petrol consent to process personal data (as per Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013, "On personal data and their protection"). This consent can be withdrawn in writing. Data processing methods include email, messaging apps, SMS, phone, mail, and computerized databases.
