The Tawakkalna Emergency app stands as the official platform in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, designed to manage emergency situations and bolster community protection efforts. Developed by the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA), it has been instrumental in curbing the spread of COVID-19.

Initially, Tawakkalna was launched to facilitate relief efforts by electronically issuing permits during the "Curfew Period" for both government and private-sector employees, as well as individuals. This initiative significantly contributed to controlling the spread of the COVID-19 virus across the Kingdom.

As the situation evolved into the "Return with Caution" phase, the app introduced a suite of new services aimed at ensuring a safe return to normalcy. One of the most critical services was the introduction of a system to indicate users' health status through color-coded indicators, ensuring the highest standards of security and privacy.
