UNO Star is a customer engagement program offering loyalty benefits, digitally connecting UNO Minda retailers, mechanics, and consumers on a single platform.

Customers can register via the app or with UNO Minda representatives, subject to approval based on terms and conditions. Enrolment is complete upon approval.

The app is accessible to all successfully enrolled UNO Minda customers (mechanics, retailers, and end consumers), each receiving benefits tailored to their category.

Retailers: Retailers can submit loyalty coupons, view the e-catalogue, register mechanics, redeem mechanic points on their mechanics' behalf, and place orders using the UNO Star app.

Mechanics: Mechanics receive loyalty benefits, redeeming coupon points on selected UNO Minda products displaying UNO Star coupons. They can also view the e-catalogue.

Consumers: Consumers can browse the e-catalogue, learn about UNO Minda products, and search for vehicle spare parts by type and OEM category.
