Eliminate all viruses using matching-colored capsules! This puzzle game features red, yellow, and blue viruses. As capsules descend, players strategically move and rotate them to align with viruses and existing capsules. Four or more horizontally or vertically adjacent capsules/viruses of the same color are eliminated. The goal is to clear each level by removing all viruses. Game over occurs if capsules block the bottle's neck.

Players choose the difficulty (0-20 levels) at the start of each game, influencing the number of viruses to eliminate. Three speed settings control capsule descent. Scoring is based solely on virus elimination, not speed or capsule usage. Higher difficulty levels don't increase the number of viruses but allow for higher scores. Bonus points are awarded for simultaneous eliminations of multiple viruses, but not for chain reactions. Faster speeds result in higher scores.
