Freedom Wars Remastered offers diverse loadout options, but Combat Items, crucial consumables, are often limited. This guide explains how to equip more and acquire additional Combat Items.

Equipping More Combat Items

Increasing your Combat Item capacity requires obtaining specific Entitlements. While in your cell, access the "Window On Liberty" and select "Claim Entitlements." Navigate to the "Equipment" section, then scroll to the "One-Item Permit." Subsequent permits, allowing up to four equipped Combat Items, unlock sequentially. These permits are readily obtainable, typically unlocked by CODE level 3. Equipping a Combat Item automatically equips your entire stack. Accessories can also equip a single Combat Item, though their usage is automatic.

Acquiring More Combat Items

After progressing through the initial missions, access "The Warren" HUB area. Within The Warren, locate "Zakka," a store on the upper level. Beyond weapons, Zakka offers "Buy Items," categorized into "Munitions" (damage-dealing items) and "Medical Supplies" (healing and support items). Combat Items are purchased individually, though bulk purchases can be costly in Entitlement Points. While Operations sometimes reward Combat Items, this is an unreliable farming method due to time investment and potential consumption exceeding rewards.
