Konami Unveils Mobile Game: Suikoden STAR LEAP

The narrative centers on the Rune of Change, one of the 27 True Runes that have profoundly influenced the world. The protagonist, Hou, the son of the village chief, celebrates his first successful hunt, but his joy is short-lived as disaster strikes and his village is attacked. Driven by the need to restore peace, Hou embarks on a quest accompanied by Hisui, a servant with mysterious emotional suppression; Shirin, his childhood friend known for her strong sense of justice; and Shapur, a former general turned butler.

While the announcement of Suikoden STAR LEAP has stirred excitement, it has also sparked some debate among the Suikoden community. Many fans have been eagerly awaiting a traditional continuation of the series, and the introduction of a mobile gacha game has left some longing for a more conventional revival.
